Is there a difference between a general Vision and personal vision?

Let's think ???? a little on this.

This site is one man's vision but the vision is broad. If most of the members could participate and partake in this vision their prospective would much different.

I need a few votes because of the importance of the site!

Let's put it this way. Is it a general Vision or a personal vision? When someone publicly invites you into their home is it general or public?
