Many people worry as they age, they'll start to have health issues. Would you say you're in good health for your age?
I can certainly relate to this topic. I'll be turning 50 this year and have already had two surgeries in the first four months.
But for me, I'd say I'm in the best health of my life. I stay active, eat rather healthy from the start.

Do you find making changes to your lifestyle to be benefical or difficult?
I often wish I could take a break from my routine, but for me it is that very routine that keeps my work/life balance where it needs to be. If I were to stop... then my health wouldn't be so great.

What are some of the things you do for your health?

When I tell people what I do the first thing they say is, "That sounds exhausting". I do walking therapy, vestibular therapy, cognitive therapy. I follow specific restrictions and accommodations. I've changed my way of life like things I wear, my surrounding within my home and when I'm away.

I'm actually excited about turning 50. It's like a right of passage to reach that milestone. From here on out I just want a simple, relaxing life.

Age is just a number, it's all about your confidence, facing a tough time and live the best of your life.
I wish you the best of your health...

Do exercise on a daily basis and eat healthy food.
Take a break from your routine life. go on a trip, see the world, and enjoy your life.

It is all about living a life you actually want. and have no regrets at the end.
